Vinyasa Flow Yoga



Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama”, in a series of flowing sequences. Although some poses are held for a few breathes, we still move from one pose to the next using the breath.


The tempo of a Vinyasa flow class can vary from very slow to fast. My Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is very slow and gentle, yet fluid. So it's ideal for beginners or people with limited range of movement.
