Yoga Classes
​In my group yoga classes we move slowly and mindfully while connecting individual asanas (postures) with the breath. The movements are fluid, yet gentle. Slow, mindful yoga is beneficial for everyone, but particularly those living with chronic pain, fatigue, other physical limitations, anxiety, depression, and high stress. The research shows that slow, mindful yoga improves nervous system function by decreasing sympathetic activity (fight or flight) and increasing parasympathetic activity (rest and digest); decreases stress hormones; improves immune system function; reduces fatigue; can build strength; and slows breathing down which reduces anxiety and builds resistance to outside stressors. In addition to teaching yoga online, I teach a Yoga in the Park class during the summer months.

Chair Yoga
A virtual 45-minute Chair Yoga class. Chair Yoga is a great alternative to so-called "traditional" yoga for those who have issues with balance, range of motion limitations, or simply can't get down on the floor. You will still get the same benefits with Chair Yoga, such as stress reduction, pain relief, joint lubrication, and an improvement in balance and strength. Also, we connect the breath with movements, as we do with any other style of yoga. You'll need a straight-back chair, preferably armless; but it could have arms depending upon your situation. Make sure your chair has no stability issues. You may place the chair on a yoga mat to make certain it won't slip. Other props to have, but aren't necessary, include blankets or towels, pillows, yoga blocks, and/or a strap. Class runs every Monday, at 11:00 am MT. Classes are donation based. Private Yoga Session
A virtual session for one or two people, who would like a custom session to address specific needs, such as strength, flexibility, or stress reduction. $60 for a 60-minute class.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A virtual 60-min. gentle, flowing yoga class. In this class, the movements are fluid, yet gentle, so it's ideal for those with a chronic condition; but everyone can benefit from this class. If needed, you may use yoga props to support yourself in the poses. Class runs every Thursday at 10:30 am MT and every Friday at 8:00 am MT. Classes are donation-based. Therapeutic Yoga
A private, therapeutic session ideal for those with chronic illness or injury, limited mobility, an autoimmune disease, or for those recovering from surgery. Your session is devised to address your specific needs; and may also incorporate energy healing, or bodywork (in-person sessions). Props such as pillows, bolsters, and/or blankets may be used to support your body. $70 for a 60-minute session.
