By accessing and using this website/service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

  • "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our": Refers to Healthy Living with Jeannine Love.

  • "User," "You," or "Your": Refers to the customer or user of our products or services.

  • "Goods": Refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • "Services": Refers to any services provided through the Website.

  • "Website": Refers to https://www.jlovehealth.com.

  • "Order": Refers to a request by you to purchase Goods or Services.

3. General Refund and Return Policy

  • Return Period: You may return Goods within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

    • Items must include original packaging and tags.

    • If item is damaged upon receipt, immediately take a photograph to send to me for insurance reimbursement.

  • Non-Refundable Items: sale items, and products personally made for you (unless damaged upon receiving).

  • Refund Method: Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 30-45 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at jlovehealth21@gmail.com to receive a return authorization.

  2. Ship the item to the following address: 2166 Janet Way NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144.

  3. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Exceptions and Special Conditions

  • Services: For services, customers must contact us within 7 days of service completion for eligibility for a refund or partial refund.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at jlovehealth21@gmail.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

This policy is subject to all applicable federal and state laws.
