Schisandra Berries (Schisandra chinensis) is a hot, astringent, sweet and sour herb that can "calm the heart and quiet the spirit" according to Chinese folklore.  It has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Schisandra may lower inflammation by fighting free radical damage, support adrenal function by helping us deal with stress and fight fatigue, and improve liver function and digestive health.  These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Schisandra Berries Tincture, 1 oz.

  • Take 1/2-1 tsp. 2-3 times daily.  You may add the drops to tea, water or juice if you don't like the taste of tinctures.
