Poke Root Plus Oil, 8 oz.
This oil is very thick, and is great warmed up. Either pour a small amount into your palm and rub your hands together to warm up the oil, or put a small amount into a pan and warm up. Check the oil before using to make certain it's not too hot. Then gently massage into your breast tissue, including the lymph nodes in the axillary (armpit) area.
