CCF Tea is a famous Ayurvedic tea that is a combination of cumin, coriander and fennel seeds. It helps promote healthy digestion and sooth digestive discomfort, such as gas and bloating. CCF Tea helps the body gently detox; and it can help to reduce puffiness, lose excess water weight, warm up circulation, and improve metabolism.  Its taste is .... well, not so great.  I don't mind it, but some people don't like it.  It tastes like the spices of Cumin, Coriander and Fennel; so add a teaspoon of honey per cup of tea if you're a Vata person (easily cold, dry, under weight, or anxious) or a Kapha person (slow metabolism, overweight, lethargic, or lacking vitality).  A Pitta person (runs hot, very driven, breaks out easily) can add some lime juice to the tea to help calm their "fiery" nature.  These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For educational purposes only.  Ingredients:  Organic Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel seeds.

  • Place a heaping tsp of CCF tea in a tea ball in a mug.  Pour a cup of boiling water over the tea and let steep for 3-4 minutes.  Remove the tea ball and add a heaping teaspoon of raw honey, if you’d like.  To make a large batch of tea to sip on throughout the day, add 4 tsps. of CCF tea with 4 cups of hot water in a pot, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.  Strain the tea and pour the tea into a thermos to sip on throughout the day.  Again, you can stir in some honey (for Vata & Kapha) or drops of lime juice (for Pitta).
