Therapeutic Yoga

Service Description

A private, therapeutic session ideal for those with chronic illness or injury, limited mobility, an autoimmune disease, or for those recovering from surgery.  In therapeutic yoga, we look at a person's condition through the lens of the koshas.  Therefore a session is devised to address imbalances in the koshas; and may also incorporate energy healing, or bodywork (in-person sessions).  Props such as pillows, bolsters, and/or blankets may be used to support your body.  $70 for a 60-minute session.
