Private Yoga Class

Service Description

A 60-minute, virtual class with me to address your specific health issues with yoga.  Instruction is available for two family members or two friends who would like a custom session to address specific needs, such as health maintenance, strength, flexibility and stress management.  The class is can be a Relaxing Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow session or a combination. $60 for a 60-minute class.
