Service Description

A virtual  60-min. gentle, Vinyasa flow yoga class. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences. In this class, the movements are fluid, yet gentle, so it's ideal for those with a chronic condition; but everyone can benefit from this class.  If needed, you may use yoga props to support yourself in the poses.
