Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation Package

Service Description

My Ayurveda Wellness Consultation includes two one-on-one meetings with me, and a customized Treatment Protocol.  How it works: ​Step 1.  Discovery Call - a 15–20-minute free phone call where we will discuss what you’re looking for, how the program works, and how we can work together to meet your health needs.  If this program suits you, I will send you an intake form and a link to an on-line dosha assessment.  These will need to be completed and returned to me before the initial intake consultation. Step 2. Your Initial Intake Consultation – this is a 60-90 minute meeting where we will discuss your health history and current issues or concerns.  We will assess your unique constitution (Prakruti), as well as your current state of imbalance (Vikruti).   ​Step 3. Your Report of Findings Consultation - based on our initial consultation, I will draft a Report of Findings specific for you based on your unique constitution and imbalances, which will include recommendations for diet, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices.  This 30-45 minute follow-up meeting is scheduled one week after your initial consultation.  In this meeting, we will review the report and discuss the first steps in your wellness program.  Together we will finalize your Report of Findings, which I will then email to you.  The fee is $180.00 for both sessions.
