Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioca) is a hot, bitter, astringent herb with anti-inflammatory, anti-histamine, anti-oxidant and pain-relieving properties In Western herbalism it has been used to strengthen and support the whole body, for allergies and hay fever, as well as musculoskeletal aches and pains. Stinging Nettles Glycerite, 1 oz., No Alcohol

  • Take drops directly in mouth or add to water, juice or tea.

    For Adults with chronic problems take ½ to 1 tsp 3x daily.

    For Adults with acute problems take ¼ to ½ tsp every 30-60 min until symptoms subside.

    For Children, you need to divide the child’s weight (in pounds) by 150 to get the correct fraction of the adult’s dosage to give a child. For example – for a 50 lb. child give 50/150 or 1/3 of the adult dose.
