Rose is cooling and soothing, so rose oil is perfect for all kinds of skin care. Rosehip Seed Oil is a rich oil that is excellent for dry skin, as well as acne, because it helps minimize the appearance of scars. The oil is high in GLA and vitamin C. It’s believed to help regenerate the skin and aid in the effects of aging. Rose Absolute has astringent, toning, antiseptic, styptic, anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating properties. It’s good for dry, sensitive and mature skin, ruptured blood vessels and broken capillaries. Rose Petal Facial Oil, 2 oz.
After cleansing the face and neck, apply several drops onto your fingertips and gently massage into your face and neck. Use upwards movements on the neck and up and out on the face (see diagram). Apply more drops if needed. I do this at night before bed, so that my skin can absorb this oil while I sleep.
