It also stimulates vital energy, and contains a bioactive chemical "magnolol", which prevents learning and memory deterioration. Lemon Balm may also aid the digestive system.   • Take drops directly in mouth or add to water, juice or tea.

    For Adults with chronic problems take ½ to 1 tsp 3x daily.

    For Adults with acute problems take ¼ to ½ tsp every 30-60 min until symptoms subside.

    For Children, you need to divide the child’s weight (in pounds) by 150 to get the correct fraction of the adult’s dosage to give a child. For example – for a 50 lb. child give 50/150 or 1/3 of the adult dose.
