Yoga in the Park

Service Description

There's nothing like doing yoga outdoors!  By practicing outside, you get to be a part of nature. All that time cooped up in your home or office isn't healthy for your mind and body.  Spending time in nature is a natural mood enhancer. It also helps you to feel more connected to the natural world. If you're in the Rio Rancho, NM area, come join us on Thursdays at 9:00 am at Haynes Park (southwest corner), beginning June 6th. Bring your mat and any other props you'll need. Classes are donation-based, so tip what you'd like.  It's a large park, so if you can't find us, text me at 505-980-3679. No Class Thursday, July 4th.
